A Picnic in a Secret Hut

If you creep across the lawn, and tiptoe through the trees...

you may just stumble upon a surprise!
(can you see him?)

One little boy and his Mummy, having a fabulous picnic in his secret hiding place!

Super yummy warm tuna and rice balls and a cup of chamomile tea.

A perfect activity for a warm Saturday.

  2. Super easy hun!! Cook sushi rice (I'm lazy so always cook rice in my rice cooker!), mix through some sushi seasoning, put a piece of gladwrap on the bench, blob rice in the middle, blog tuna on top of that, then bundle it up into a tight ball. If you left it in the fridge to cool it'd no doubt stick together a bit better, but I rather like it warm :) So yummy!!

  4. How lovely! I've just been catching up on your blog and all the lovely, natural, simple play fun you've been having! I love the simple stuff - sticks, pebbles, apples, walnuts - nature beats mountains of plastic any day!!
